Arcata Communique

“The interests behind the Bush Administration, such as the CFR, The Trilateral Commission – founded by Brzezinski for David Rockefeller – and the Bilderberger Group, have prepared for and are now moving to implement open world dictatorship within the next five years. They are not fighting against terrorists. They are fighting against citizens.”
— Dr. Johannes B. Koeppl, Ph.D., former German defense ministry official and advisor to former NATO Secretary General Manfred Werner

“I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies… if the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of currency…the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the people of all property until their children will wake up homeless on the continent that their fathers conquered.”
–Thomas Jefferson

Boy, where have I heard unrelated random rants like this one before? Hmmm, let me think.

    anon,

The relationship of these quotes is quite clear to me. Financeers have toppled democratically elected governments for their own economic gain. Check out http://demopedia.democraticunderground.com/index.php/Operation_PBSUCCESS
for a starting point on Guatemala.

Here’s a good starting place for the CIA backed coup in Chile

Didn’t the “energy crisis” sham here in California bother you? I encourage you to develop a healthy mistrust (the emphasis on healthy) of the megabuck holders.

I have a COMPLETE mistrust of the “megabuck holders.” Reread the “Arcata Communique” that Plazoid posted. It has nothing to do with Arcata. A lot of people are trying to help the homeless, but he/she seems intent on disruption, obfuscation and all-around stalling of aid to the homeless. If his plan suceeeds, Endeavor will close, a public restroom will not be built, homeless housing will not happen and people in need will be truly screwed (more so than now). The task force is his best shot at improvement. The alternative is far worse, and it will come to pass with the help of his maneuvering.

    Anon,

It’s true that the text isn’t related to the title. I think Plazoid is reacting with “COMPLETE” mistrust of all authority because of the heinous things that have been and are being done by those with power. That is the connection to Arcata for him. The homeless task force is another opportunity for power to be abused. (This is not my view, but speculation on what Plazoid’s view is) You keep accusing him of being off the deep end. Perhaps you could speak respectfully from the shallows? I’m not involved in the work being done for the Arcata homeless. I don’t attend the task force meetings. In my own life, I’ve been crippled by paranoia. Now I believe there are reasons to fear, and reasons to hope. Plazoid is making an attempt to communicate. He, like all of us, is limited in our ability to form clear, concise, meaningful statements of fact and truth. But he is trying. Let’s all work together here, and identify the issues. Let’s come to terms. Maybe we can add a little momentum to the process of providing a public toilet that doesn’t get GROSS and dangerous.

  5. the PLAZOID Says:

THE TRUTH: “Homeless advocates/activists” on and off of the Homeless Task Force pushed to KEEP THE ENDEAVOR OPEN leading up to the city council vote on whether or no to renew the Endeavor’s lease this past Wednesday. It was the HOUSED members of the task farce that PREVENTED any discussion of support for renewal of the lease to happen in the task force meetings. It was a HOUSED member of the task force that called for running homeless people out of town. It was the BUSINESS OWNERS that continually whine publicly about the “negative impact on the community” that feeding people at the Endeavor supposedly has.
This is all a matter of public record.
And just for the record, of course I think that Arcata should have public restrooms.

    Stop being so silly, anonymouse.
